RETURNS & EXCHANGES


All sales are final. For sanitary purposes, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time unless an error was made on our end. We also cannot accept any cancellations at this time due to the speed in which your orders are processed. If there is an issue with your order, do not hesitate to reach out and we will try our best to resolve it as quick as possible.


SHIPPING


Our shipping and processing period takes 2-5 business days. National holidays and weather issues may affect our shipping and processing times, so we will reach out via email to let you know if your order has been affected. KLABEL® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages and we will not be refunding anyone for that matter. Please double check your shipping address at checkout to avoid any issues. We are not responsible for your package getting sent to the wrong address as shipping labels are made according to the address provided at checkout. If your package gets sent back to us due to an invalid shipping address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee to get it reshipped to your correct address.

DISPUTES


Filing a fraudulent dispute in an attempt to reimburse your order after receiving the product is illegal under U.S. law (Credit Card Fraud Act (18 U.S.C. § 1029)) and will result in an indefinite ban from our site, in addition to possible legal action taken against you. If the payment method linked to your order is flagged as unauthorized or suspected fraud by our payment processor, you will be automatically refunded and will not be allowed to order again. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our brand.
